Homecoming Spirit Week

Dear CCS Families,

We are excited to celebrate Homecoming Spirit Week at Courtney Christian School! Spirit Week will take place January 20–23, 2026, and we invite all of our students to join in the fun as we show our Lion Pride throughout the week.

The attached flyer includes full details. Below is a quick overview of each day:

Monday, January 19th: No School

Tuesday, January 20th: Dress to Impress 

Dress in your best business attire or Sunday Best.

Wednesday, January 21st: Western Wednesday

Wear any of your favorite western items like cowboy hats, boots, and jeans.

Thursday, January 22nd: Spirit Day 

Rock your blue and gold with spirit shirts, pom-poms, and face paint. Our Homecoming Pep Rally will be held at 2:00 PM, and families are invited to attend. During the pep rally, we will recognize our Winter Sport athletes and introduce our Homecoming Court.

Friday, January 23rd: Rhyme Without Reason

Dress with a friend or group using words that rhyme but have no relation to each other (example: Princess & Fitness).

A quick note for families:

Please do not feel obligated to purchase new items for Spirit Week. We encourage students to get creative and use items they already have at home. Students are welcome to dress up as much or as little as they like and still join in the fun!

Reminder:

All Spirit Week attire must follow the CCS Dress Code Policy. Uniforms are not required when participating, and appropriate jeans or approved bottoms are allowed.Please reference page 33 of the Parent/Student Handbook for a complete list of prohibited items. You may also call the office with any questions regarding dress code.
