At Courtney Christian School, Lion of the Month is more than just an award—it is an honor that recognizes students who reflect excellence in both character and academics. This recognition celebrates the heart of a student who lives in a way that points others to Christ through their actions and attitudes. It goes beyond achievement, acknowledging students who encourage, uplift, and inspire those around them while honoring God in all they do.

Cub of the Month: Kinsley McLeodKinsley comes to school each morning with a bright smile and a heart full of joy! She greets her friends cheerfully and is always ready to lend a helping hand. Kinsley’s kindness and willingness to serve others reflect her love for the Lord. She works diligently in all she does to bring glory to God—whether completing a task, encouraging a classmate, or putting others before herself. We are so proud of Kinsley and the joy she brings to K4B each day!

Junior Lion of the Month: Rylee ViningRylee truly exemplifies what it means to have a servant’s heart. She loves to help anyone in need and consistently demonstrates Christ-like character in all that she does. God has gifted Rylee with many talents, and she uses them faithfully to serve others and honor Him. One of the most beautiful examples of her kindness is the friendship she built with a new student, helping make their transition to CCS such a positive experience. Rylee’s compassion and leadership shine bright each day!

Lion of the Month: Skylar ViningSkylar is a shining example of leadership, humility, and integrity. She sets the standard for her peers—spiritually, academically, and through her character. Skylar manages her responsibilities with excellence and demonstrates incredible self-discipline in all areas of life. Her quiet strength and liberty of conscience are evident in the way she chooses to do what’s right, even when no one is watching. Though she juggles academics and athletics, she is never too busy to encourage a classmate, lend a hand, or volunteer to help. Skylar’s faithful heart and humble leadership inspire everyone around her!
