October Lion Recognitions!

At Courtney Christian School, Lion of the Month is more than just an award. It is an honor that recognizes students who reflect excellence in both character and academics. This recognition celebrates the heart of a student who lives in a way that points others to Christ through their actions and attitudes. It goes beyond achievement, acknowledging students who encourage, uplift, and inspire those around them while honoring God in all they do.

Lion of the Month – Zachary Peltier

Zachary shows maturity, focus, and integrity in all he does. He leads by example, honors God through excellence, and lives out the Four Christian Character Traits with a positive attitude and servant’s heart.

Junior Lion of the Month – Briggs Cortez

Briggs is always uplifting, never speaking a negative word about anyone. His sense of humor brings joy to others, and he consistently works hard while displaying all four Christian Character Traits.

CCS Cub of the Month – Toni-Kate Simpson

Toni-Kate is a true “do-er”—responsible, helpful, and always willing to serve. Her joyful spirit, kindness, and Christlike character make her a blessing to those around her.
